Project Management and professional services
At Chris Ellis Project Service, we recognize the considerable stress associated with home refurbishments and strive to alleviate this burden for our clients. To achieve this, we appoint a dedicated project manager to make regular site visits throughout the project’s duration, offering guidance and assistance. Moreover, our comprehensive suite of design and professional services ensures that clients need only engage with a single entity. Our professional services include service accommodation management, architectural expertise, CAD assistance, structural engineering, party wall surveying, property consultancy, and document controlling services.
Building services
Our trade teams include certified electricians, gas engineers, landscapers, carpenters, and bricklayers, as well as our multi-trade operatives. Previously specializing in residential refurbishments, we have completed a compelling number of kitchens, bathroom conversions, and back-to-brick renovations to an amazing standard. We have also completed a number of extensions varying widely from side returns to rear extensions and even lofts. Company director Chris previously worked in the corporate world as a site and project manager and has excelled in some rather large projects which we are now looking to complete under the Chris Ellis Project Service banner!
