Cost Of Services

Under this agreement  we will manage your service accommodation as per the below listed services:

• Advertising and marketing for your service accommodation (not

including photos/videos)

• Vetting and finding service accommodation guests

• Guest check in and check out

• Cleaning/monitoring of the property

• 24 Hour house management available

• Provision of guest feedback and advising of potential improvements

• Mid-booking/ weekly check-ins

 Under this agreement we will manage your service accommodation as well as general maintenance. These fees include everything in basic management as well as:

• Maintenance checks prior to service accommodation rental

• Inventory of damages

• 24 hour emergency maintenance (excludes extensive works exceeding£500.00) 

 Under this agreement we will manage your service accommodation as well as general maintenance and set up. These fees include everything in the previous packages as well as:

• Gas/fire safety checks 

• Introductory welcome pack including details such as the WI-FI password,

local transport links, thermostat info ect.

• 100 Photos and videos of your property that can be pre approved by you

prior to running ads.

• Seasonal welcome basket for your guests as well as a personal note and

an in person Check in

Architect consultations average around 2 Hours @£100.00 per hour. 

Structural engineering consultations average around 2 Hours @£175.00 per hour. 

Project Management fees are costed at £300.00 per day heavily depending on the extent of your project 

We will visit your property and inspect specific works as well as advise

Building investigative works- Subject to works.
